Aerviva is supporting a major international airline in the recruitment of experienced A320 First Officers to support fleet growth and operational expansion. Successful candidates will operate Airbus A320 Family aircraft on scheduled international and regional operations, based in Baku, Azerbaijan. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Frozen ATPL or ATPL with valid A320 type rating

• Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate (no operational limitations; vision correction such as VNL/spare glasses acceptable)

• No history of alcohol or substance misuse (as confirmed by CAA)

• No at-fault accident/incident record

• ICAO English Level 4 or higher (verbal and written)

• Minimum 1,200 total flight hours

• Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 within the last 18 months
